The views from the 8th floor balcony were absolutely stunning. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking cityscape. The staff's warm welcome and attention to detail truly made me feel valued. The Nespresso machine in the room was a thoughtful touch that added a touch of luxury to my stay.

The fridge we had to order as a special request was dented, old, low quality, and loud.

The place is modern, met requirements. The rooms are updated and the location is marvellous. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast. It's my first option in Chicago, thank you very much...

The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, perfect for senior folks like myself. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with amenities and facilities designed to cater to our needs.

I would ask for better vacation options for senior people, as some of us might require extra assistance from the children of the staff, especially when exploring the city or participating in hotel activities.

No complaints, the venue met expectation, can recommend it. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, you can visit London Guarantee Building by walking. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

TV set, a fridge, and coffee/tea makers in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Plenty of options, nice food.

my room included a balcony and coffee. the views of the park and pool were particularly good. the hotel's location was great, close to a wonderful grocery store with a supermarket and a grocery shop within walking distance.
